With 2019 just around the corner we are wondering where did 2018 go? The time flies so fast and we want to slow down and really make this a memorable holiday, and we want you to do the same. Like us, hopefully you plan on indulging on an extra helping at the holiday table, and then we can all talk about our serial NYE resolution to workout more in 2019! Before we run off into 2019 this is a great time of reflection too. We want to just cover one big highlight as it pertains to the salon and the great care and service we bring you every time you come see us at Studio Savvy…
A real highlight for 2018 is that Kassidy and Victoria both went through rigorous Advanced Hair Color Training with Redken, and both were tested and passed certification as Redken Certified Colorists on their first attempt! To give you an idea of how remarkable that is, and how talented these ladies are, ONLY 10% OF APPLICANTS that test, get certified on their first try! When you see them, consider giving a congratulations to Kassidy and Victoria!
The thing is, we have an incredibly talented team of certified and professionally trained stylists. Stars like Kassidy and Victoria have been working at Studio Savvy for 7 years now. All of our stylists are professional trained, certified and working towards their advanced certifications, and when you look at the volume of clients served, level of skill, we are collectively the most experienced, and best trained hair team in town! This is also thanks to Deena who continues to develop advanced hair cut, color and style training programs and videos, and she does live training with the Studio Savvy team via the Von Savvy Hair Academy. The Academy launched an online hair cut and color program in late summer of 2018 and Deena is working hard to revise and develop new programs so we can launch a-new in 2019. Deena is a fantastic educator, and she is looking forward to hitting her next milestones with the Von Savvy Academy to teach Stylists everywhere.
We really could go on and on about how passionate we are about hair… hair cutting, coloring, styling… fashion, clothes, and the lifestyle of doing beautiful hair for you and all of our clientele. Seriously though, one of Deena’s favorite quotes says it well “without passion, hair is just a business”. We LOVE hair and we are insanely passionate about bringing you the best hair we can, and that is what we are all about. If you made it this far, thanks!
